BIO:
Conor P. Anderson is a composer who believes that each project demands its own unique language. His compositions are often inspired by language, both written and spoken, and draw upon such diverse sources as the poetry of Allen Ginsberg, a mythological snake that devours its own tail, the movement of stars and planets, and even the building blocks of language itself (phonemes), because music can be found in every sound. His work can be characterized by intricate textures, rich harmonies, and rigorous craftsmanship. In addition to composing, Conor is also a conductor and an educator and is currently based in Los Angeles, CA.
